WHERE YOU’LL FEEL THE DIFFERENCE
Our unique practice of law and legal counseling is based on the belief that the attorney must bring value to the client any time his services are required. We utilize flat-fees or retainers, based on standardized legal services, allowing our clients to more easily manage their legal spending. Furthermore, our “boutique-style” law firm can provide the “in-house” legal services most small to mid-size businesses are in need of, alleviating your need to have a full-time legal professional on your payroll.

Humanitarian: Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals(DACA), Refugees & Asylum As of March 21, 2013, we have submitted 21 applications for the Deferred Action program on behalf of our clients. To date, ten (10) of those applicants have received their Employment Authorization Cards and applied for their Social Security Numbers.
Employment: Business Visitors, Worker Permits, Student Visas
Permanent Residence: Green Card, Adjustment of Status Beginning March 4, 2013, spouses, parents and some children of American citizens who are seeking a waiver of unlawful presence prior to becoming eligible for a ‘green card’, will be able to apply for a provisional waiver while here in the United States. An individual must file for an immigrant petition (I-130) prior to applying for the provisional waiver. An approved waiver does not provide work authorization, a social security number or a driver’s license. An approved waiver would drastically reduce the amount of time the individual must be in another country to process his or her application.
Citizenship: Naturalization, Alien Relative
Family: Fianc(e) Visas, Adoption
REAL ESTATE LAW:
Sales and Purchases
Title Review: Oil & Gas, Residential, Commercial
